todays my first day to count but i have eaten all of my daily protine is that a bad thing? also i still have plenty carbs, fat and calories? is this ok??

Yes it is fine. You have to go insanely over your daily protien limits consistantly for a while to have any neg effect. Protein is more a minimum amt needed than anything else.0

It's fine -- I actually went into my settings and increased my protein percentage... I think I'm at 20% fat, 30% protein, and 50% carbs0
