Feeling proud!

Okay so a little bit of history: I passed my test back in July after four months of learning after basically a year off of no lessons. And then a week after I passed, I went to my parents' house in the Channel Islands for two months so I couldnt drive! However it did start my health kick so some positives came out of it.
3 weeks ago we came back and were busy visiting family and things so I didnt get back into driving properly until 2 weeks ago. So for two weeks me and my dad were going out for hour long drives everyday and then hes gone back this week, so im alone til I go to uni! But I had a massive problem with him going because otherwise Id have no-one to drive with, and I had a fear of driving by myself because a couple of times after my test I went out by myself and just got really self concious.
However not anymore- Ive been out all over the place this week by myself and like my weightloss, I feel very proud!
So fellow members, Id like to say, do something everyday which is gonna make you feel proud of yourself. So if you feel like youve gone off the rails a bit with your weight goals youve still got something to make you smile !

That's great!! You are experiencing independence. It's an awesome feeling. Are you driving an automatic or a stick shift? I just recently got my license and started driving a stick shift and it was soooo scary at first but I will never drive an automatic again if I can help it!0
