    Sounds great my SW is 163 and my monthly goal is 1lb a week., I would like to end up around twenty-five lbs less.

    I've been using this for a week, so, I think I need a challenge.

    Goal weight: 209 lb

    I want to be able to jog, I'm doing the bicycle thing, but I want to jog.

    K EVERYONE I'M BACK IN LETS SEE IF I CAN ACTUALLY LOSE WEIGHT THIS MONTH.
    SW:165
    PERSONAL GOAL:160 ANYTHING BELOW THAT IS GREAT.
    SELF CHALLANGE: WORKOUT 3 DAYS A WEEK AT LEAST AND START MOVING THE SCALE IN THE RIGHT WAY. OH AND SNACK HEALTHIER AND LESS.

    Challenge-stay under cal intake and excersise 5 days a week and increase water intake (i barely drink fluids...maybe 12-20oz a day!!!)
