So, I've been dropping weight (1lb a week) and I checked my weight on the scales today after (2 months) of regular diet and exercise. I noticed my weight went up a little but the fat content percentage on the scales dropped a percentage or two. Is this normal? Whats going on?

if you've been working out for the past 2 months it's quite possible that you've gained lean muscle, but your body fat % has dropped?
Are your clothes fitting differently?0 -
