new to forums/semi-new to MFP

I tried myfitness pal when I was on a business trip in March. I lost weight! It was easy to track things, easy to find nutritional information and I vowed I would use it and reach my goals during 2011.

Unfortunately, I let my busy life sidetrack me and quit using the app. I started using the app again 1 week ago. Added to my previous weight loss in March (thankfully I didn't gain it all back) I am down 8 pounds.

I can't emphasize enough how easy it is using this site. But that's not my problem. My problem is letting things get sidelined when I get busy and not making sure I always have the foods I need readily available at home. I end up grabbing fast food and then it just goes downhill from there.

If anyone needs friends -- feel free to add me. The more people I interact with; the more accountable I am. I have a lot of weight too lose, so I'll be around awhile.--Karen
