1 frozen fat free pudding cup is 80 cals!! i dont feel like im dieting anymore!!

    Mine is a Blue Bell mini ice cream sandwich. Only 100 calories and so yummy my kids even consider it dessert!!

    Not to burst your bubble..but those cute little suckers also have 180mg of sodium and 13 carbs... if you care about more than just calories :) Once I saw the sodium, I stopped buying them.

    If you haven't tried it yet...get yourself some Fage 0% greek yogurt....stir in some agave, pumpkin purree, pumpkin pie spice, walnuts and freeze.... just as good and 20g of protein doesn't hurt either! I also love it with sf pistachio pudding mix stirred in.
