New to the site ! diets working!

Well i have reached a point in my life where my doctor said lose weight or die. basically so I am choosing to lose weight but when faced with a choice of major Body altering surgery or doing it myself i prefer this method And i am already down 7.4 lbs in 1 week ! woot!

I have 3 obesity related conditions which hamper me alot, High blood pressure, Severe Chronic Sleep apnea and Acid reflux.

So here i am with intent to stay I have dieted some in the past but never thought to track it this tracking method is great keeps me wondering what i am eating and how much of any one thing involved atm i am trying to Create a rotation of 3 meals for each daily meal i can eat and stay in my calories, not sure if certain food types hurt the diet or not but if the calories Stay below the daily amount then all should be well no?

  • yay for you!! the weight comes off much easier in the beginning.. so don't get discouraged.. but you know, you got to do this for you and for your life!!

    Some things are good to go over, like protein and fiber.
