So I've been at this for almost 2 months. Yes, I know I've just started, but I'm been super discouraged lately. I lost 10lbs the first month and managed to gain back 4lbs of it and haven't been able to drop them. Today I was going through my little smart phone and at some point I had recorded my waist, butt, and neck. I'm not sure how long ago this was but it's there to be compared to. On monday I used the tape measure at work (you know the man's garage kind) and measured myself........

I'VE LOST INCHES....

Phone Recent
Waist 37.5 34
Butt/Hips 43.5 42
Neck 13 13 (not a big deal)

I can deal with that!!!!

Tonight when I get off work I'll use my actually cloth tape measure..... but I figured that would be smaller since it's not made of metal like the one I used the other day. At least now I know it's working!!!

Sorry.... I just need this to keep going.

That's great progress. If you're exercising and causing a resculpture, that would maybe mean the four pound gain is new muscle. Don't let it get you down. Keep going.

That's wonderful! It's going to be frustrating when the number on the scale doesn't move in the direction you would like but you feel just as good when your clothes start getting looser and you're losing inches. :)
