Today is the first day I can actually say I am full and satisfied after 1 lean pocket. Before I could have eaten 2 and still been hungry afterwards. It may sound silly but it's an accomplishment to me :)

    Means you ate slow and your tummy is shrinking. Thats fantastic! Keep up the water intake
    too because sometimes the 'hungry' feeling is actually THIRST in disguise.
