30 day shred + elliptical

I did 30 day shred then finished the workout on the elliptical + total time 45 minutes total calories 410 (I wear a HRM) Great workout gonna feel it tomorrow lol (pain is weakness leaving the body or so I am told lol)

Have a great workout for those that havent done it yet

    I did 25 min on a stair climber on level 3 and 20 min on an elliptical on level 6..
    I thing I need to step it up cause I dont get sore anymore
  • I am about a week into the 30 day shred myself. I am planning on going up to level 2 tonight. A little nervous, but I am looking forward to feeling the difference. How long have you been doing the shred?

    I know this is going to sound lame....but what exactly is a shred? And, how long do they last? :huh:

    30 Day Shred is a workout DVD with Jillian Micheals. It is wonderful!

    I am starting the 30 day challenge now- I am on day 2 but jumped ahead and am working on level 2

    I did start the challenge last month but do to personal issues i fell off the band wagon but im back on track now- good luck
  • Level 2 officially kicked my butt, but I loved it. I like that the workouts are only 20 minutes so it is hard to find an excuse to not do them. Good luck shredding!
