Has anyone tried and/or had success with HealtheTrim???

I bought HealtheTrim back in March or April. I tried it the first day (as directed: 1 pill in the morning, 1pill around lunchtime) and it made my body detox itself completely for hours that night (I won't go into detail). I was miserable and completely freaked out! I tried it the next day and just took 1 pill in the morning and that would be it for the day. But it didn't curve my appetite at all like it claims to.

I haven't tried it since. I still have it though. Has anyone had any success with this diet supplement? If so, can anyone give me any tips on how it worked for them?

Also...did anyone out there have the weird detoxing effect like I did?!

I just did a quick google search about the product as I had never heard of it but it sounded to me like another fad diet pill.

You may want to read this: http://www.healthtrooper.org/1/healthy-trim/

It sounds like the makers may be omitting legal information. Be careful. I think plain eating healthy and exercising is your true best bet. :) good luck.

Also, just remember that it takes a long time for true weight loss! You didn't get overweight in one night so you can't expect the pounds to disappear in one either. It's a long term commitment and the harder you work and longer it takes, the more likely you are to keep the weight off. A pill or fad diet may make you lose weight initially but you won't keep it off and you're potentially harming your body with those ways of weight loss.

By "detoxing" do you mean pooping a lot? First, your body does not need to "detox." You have a liver and a colon that get the job done. Number 2 (HA! No pun intended), if there were a magic pill that made you not want food, no one in this world would be overweight. It just isn't that easy. Number 3, even if the magic pills worked, you won't take them forever and you have to learn to eat like a regular person at some point.

Stop lining the pockets of the diet industry with your hard earned money. Learn portion control. Learn to feed your body good stuff that it needs to survive.

    Can't add much to that!

Seriously, if there were a magic pill that worked, wouldn't everyone know about it?
