Dont Understand sometimes

So I started a new job..and a co-worker came by my cube to explain the project. Of course..as usual I was eating a snack. She commented and I said I usually eat all day..I then proceded it was doctor orders..blah blah blah.

She then commented how she wants to lose between 10-15 pounds..but really doesnt want to give up the things she likes..and that she really doesnt want to count calories..

I was thinking..WTF..I mean how can you believe that you can eat crap..not exercise..and that by willing your body...it will drop the weight.

It takes work..I mean more people spend time on hair and makeup in the morning than actually getting their butt moving.

She then asked how many times do I work out..I said 6...she then said she doesnt have the time. I responded by saying I was worth it..that my family takes so much of my time..that when I work out its the only "me" time I get.

..just interesting..anyone else have these.....
