I am OBSESSED with almond butter.. as well as peanut butter. I always use the raw - organic - no hydrogenated oils kind from Trader Joes.. I have at least 2-4 tablespoons a day. IS THIS BAD?? Or well.. too much? I always make sure i'm within my cal goal limit, so there shouldn't be anything wrong with this right? Since it is healthy as far as fats..?

Peanut Butter is acid based and Almond Butter is Alkaline based so as long as you are balancing out, it should be ok.

Nope, still not bad. As long as you stay within your calorie goal, it's not going to harm you. It's still got all the good fats your body loves.

If you consult your topics you have already posted, I bet you will find people have suggested it is okay to eat almond butter more than once a day.

I think it tastes just like peanut butter -- just a bit thicker. Also, I saw a recipe on the boards earlier about putting a tablespoon (or two??) in some greek yogurt, mixing it all up and then even adding strawberries in too! I'm going to try this for breakfast tomorrow!

Personally, I think natural nut butter is one of the most delectable compliments to one's diet. I like the fact there are a variety of different nuts from where the creamy goodness can be extracted.

    Now, you can alert them.

No need to. It's automated. Other trigger words include "taco", "pineapple" and "carpet".
