I've heard alot of good things about tofu shirataki noodles as an alternative to pasta. However.. i'm not quite sure what to do with them lol :( I would love to have it with either marinara sauce.. or some sort of cream sauce.. or even **STIR FRIED** .. does anyone have any delicious, healthy, easy recipes?? Thanks!

I will do them as a sub to regular spaghetti when I do red sauce w/ sausage or something like that. They really don't have a taste, more like just a texture of pasta, so they basically taste like whatever sauce you put on them.

They're awesome. Just drain them and rinse them really well (they have a weird almost fishy taste if you don't). Then pat them dry with a paper towel.... Then do WHATEVER you'd normally do with regular spaghetti noodles. Any of your suggestions would work great.
