Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD is $9 at walmart and takes 30min to do 1 routine. Very effective and worth it. Or just do basics like try doing 50 of each thing a day like reverse crunches, lunges, squats, crunches, and pushups and just good ole walking or running. If you have a bike, ride it, if you have a Wii play games on it. Every little bit helps and just try and have fun no matter what you choose =)

Netflix has instant streaming & videos for rent

    Exercisetv.tv.com shows free videos

    Hulu.com has a health & fitness channel

Your local library has fitness DVDs

I like to look up exercise videos on collagevideo.com - that way I know if equipment is required, difficulty level, etc.
  • I read an article the other day that suggested walking at a fast pace for 10 minutes 3 times a day / 5 days a week. I'm gonna try that and see how that works for me. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia so doing a long workout regimen is out of the question for me but the 10 minute thing sounds doable!

BODYROCK.TV, all free plus she gives variations for beginners and for people who dont have some of the equipment she has. You can download an interval timer on any smartphone. All her exercises are free, by far one of the best fitness sites I have seen. Love it!
