I take my lunch to work with me everyday and I am looking for more ideas of things to take. I have been eating the frozen smart ones, healthy choice etc. Most are low in calories but noticed they are full of sodium!! So what do you take/eat for lunches?

Try planning out meals that you can make that won't have as much sodium, if you make Lasagana, you can freeze it and then take it out the day you want to eat it. Just suggestion.

I make taco salad...99% lean ground turkey taco meat and then chop romaine, some cherry tomatoes and 1/4C shredded light cheddar, 7 baked tostitos crushed. Then for dressing I use salsa and 1 tsp ff sour cream. Perfect taco salad. Just add the tostitos, salsa and s.cream at work and shake in the container. Oh and for the best taco salad add some fresh cilantro. Also if you make a whole package of lean ground turkey you have several meals. Can also use it with the extreme fiber tortillas to make tacos. If you don't like the turkey can also use a morning star farms spicy black bean burger - nuke it and then chop it up and add to the salad.
