I'm 5' 5" and started at 186. I'm currently down to 151 and looking to get to 136.0

I'm 5'2"+, but I usually say 5'3". Interesting to see the wide variety of goals. I would love to be 130, but may settle for 140, which would get me (just) into the healthy BMI range.0

I'm 5'2" (and 3/4"!!) and I started at 180, my Doctor's goal for me is 120. I thought I was medium to large boned, she asked me "were you medium to large boned in high school?" Of course not! Well, the bones don't get bigger after high school, so she set my initial goal at 120 and will reassess from there. I encourage you to partner with your doctor, mine follows my progress here.0

Started at 198, am down to 188 and hope to get to 130-140...and I am 5'30

5'3" and my goal weight is 150. I might go lower than that, but, only to 145. I have a very large bone structure and I was told that I would look healthy at 150. I'm 169 right now...getting closer!
So what pant size are you in right now? I know it's different for everyone, but I am wondering what pant size I'll be able to get into.0 -
I am 5'3ish- my SW and GW are listed below- I would settle for somewhere between 130-150. I know that is a wide range but I don't remember being 150 pounds and when I get there I may like it. I will also see how I feel at that time, plus I know I shouldn't but will take other comments from family and friends into consideration once I reach that weight. If they think I have lost enough or they think I look sick now because of the way I look, that sort of thing. I don't want to settle on an actually number at this point. I may however change my mind as I get closer and closer to my utimate goal! Good luck to everyone!!!0

I am 6'0 and I am trying to get to 185. I have a really large frame and much lower than that I start looking weird. My starting weight is 235.0

My goal is between 150-160 I am 5'7 and not petite at all. Everything says I should weigh 130 but that would be too tiny for me. I will be happy at 160. I started at 195 and have gotten to 178
This is pretty much me exactly. I'm 5'8" and I thought 130-140 was really too small for me to be healthy, especially since I have a bigger bone structure. I'm aiming between 150-160.0 -
I'm around 5'2.5"/5'3" My SW was 155 lbs, GW was 120 lbs, but now I'm bumping it down (just a little) to at least 115 lbs. In an ideal world, I'll get down to 105-110.0

I'm 5'2, and my highest weight ever was 168 when I was 15, but I had all sorts of hormone/thyroid imbalances. Since all my levels of everything stabilized at age 16, I've been cycling between 138-150, depending on what's going on in my life. My goal weight is 130, but I literally think that's impossible for my body! I am pretty happy with my size right now at 142-- it's a toned and healthy-looking 142, because I've been working out quite regularly for four years.
That was rambling. I guess my point is I don't have definite goal weight, especially if my body seems to be determined to stay a size 6/8. I look fine enough in a bikini, and that's all that matters, right?! :]0 -

I'm 5'1.5" My goal weight is 127. I have a LARGE frame. How sad for such a short person, right? lol
My highest weight was 160, started MFP at 135 and I'm currently 133.
I've been on a roller coaster since I started in March, I think I actually got down to 128, then went on Vacation, didn't get back to it when i got back, and now im fluctuating between 131 and 134!0 -

I'm 5'1" (almost 5'2") and started at 152, currently down to 128 and working down to 115. If i get stuck at 120 and can't go any lower I may learn to accept it but would like to be a fit and toned 115-120...0

5' 1.5", starting weight was at LEAST 186lbs... possibly as high as 190. I'm around 135lbs right now and need to lose a lot more. I can grab two fistfuls of belly fat and that's not good!
I don't have a goal weight. What I have is a goal LOOK. Slender and muscular, like a fitness model!
Frame-wise, I have no hips, and my upper body is somewhat bigger but still on the small side.0 -

My goal is 180-175...I have larger than average frame & I've weighed less than that before...my dad thought I was anorexic and I looked sick. I'd really like to just get to healthy weight & stay there.0

Im 5'3 I started at 153 and I want to be 135 and I will take it from there.
I love to be active and I dropped the first 9 lbs very quickly, I think Im gonna have to really push for the next
9 but I don't see stopping there!! Good Luck!
