Hello I am new to my fitness pal

Just being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I thought I would try my fitness pal to see if I could
get help counting calories and carbs for my diet. My daughter has been doing it for a while and has
been very successful. My goals are gonna start out small and I hope to build up and lose weight and
feel alot better!

    Hopefully you can control it before you have to go on medication. I have a problem with carbs too, especially when I'm tired. MFP makes me feel like I need to hold myself accountable because people can see what you are eating.
