I made this tonight using the curry sauce recipe from weight watchers and it tasted soooo good!
I dont have the exact nutritional value but maybe someone can help me figure it out.
Here is the curry sauce recipe...
Half cup coconut milk (I added some water to it)
1tb brown sugar
1tb or approximate of thai fish sauce
Garlic Chilli sauce (half tsp)
Garlic/Ginger paste 1tsp-2tsp
cumin and coriander powder (to taste) - I used about 1tsp
thai yellow curry paste (about 1-2tsp)
Other ingredients :-
1lb large fresh shrimp (45-60 shrimps approximate)
Olive oil or pam (1tb)
Fresh cut asparagus
Method :-
I took about a pound of large shrimp (about 45-60 pre pound) and peeled them so their shells were off.
Then, I grilled them in a grill pan with a little olive oil (you can also use pam).
Once the shrimps have changed color, add garlic/ginger paste. Cook and then add sauce ingredients.
First add curry paste, cook, then add the dry spices, then brown sugar, then everything else and lastly add the coconut milk with little water. Let it cook until the sauce thickens. Add fresh cut asparagus and serve with uncle ben's rice or jasmine rice.
YUMMO!!!!!!!! Try it folks and let me know how it tasted!
I am not sure of the exact nutritional value but the weight watchers sauce was about 65 calories for 1/4 cup, using light coconut milk. I used regular coconut milk but only (1/2 cup).

Have you tried this site for the nutritional value? Might not be exact, but could give a ballpark figure.
Sounds delicious though. I want to try it!0 -
Okay, using 40 large shrimp, it comes out to approximately Calories = 625.8
However, when you divide it per serving (about 3).... it was 208-250 calories per person (very approximate). Hope its right!0 -
someone try and make this! Its real yummy0
