I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that the more they lose the oilier their skin gets. My skin seems so oily lately and I drink a ton of water during the day and during the night when i wake up so i know I am not dehydrated or anything.

Mines actually become more dry in some places like my cheeks.. I hate it! I would so rather have my oily skin back.

I dunno, you can moisturise dry skin but you can't really scrape the grease off of oily skin! lol!

I've noticed the same thing. I switched cleansers, which has helped a little bit. I think I might need a different moisturizer, too.

YES! I thought I was the only one who was experienced this. I have always had oliy skin, but its MUCH more oiler now that I run/work out on a consistent basis.

You see it as a positive, I see it as a negative. I've always had oily skin. So I know exactly how to deal with it. I have all the cleansers, toner, and moisturizers that work for my oily skin.. Now I have to re-evaluate everything just for this dry skin. :(

I have always had SUPER oily skin making wearing make up pointless. I wish there was a way to control it but I have tried everything. The latest was Milk of Magnesia on my face before make up.

I hate being shiny and sweaty looking all the time.

YES YES YES. I had decently oily skin, but not too bad. I had bad acne for awhile but it had cleared up. It definitely seems that as I lost weight and worked out more, my skin definitely got wayyy greasier. It's pretty gross. Tried switching cleansers and stuff but no luck!

I have oily skin, dry skin patches, and Acne face... and I'm 26. Ugh I keep thinking this crap has got to end sometime! But I think the guy who said it's your body purging crap was on to something. Definitely getting rid of toxins when you are working out, and also has a lot to do with hormones.
