Edamame-Cannellini "Hummus"

Just made this up, it's pretty good.
119 calories for 1/4 cup, 4 grams fiber, 6 grams protein

This is an alternative to regular hummus, higher in protein and creamy. You may wish to add more lemon juice, garlic or chile, or to remove some.
Makes 8 1/4-cup servings @ 120 calories each, 6 grams protein and 4 grams fiber.
Or allow 2 Tbsp (1/8th cup) serving for snack or appetizer size - enough for a party of 15 for sure!
I am trying freezing portions.

1 cup shelled edamame, defrosted and boiled briefly
1 can no-salt-added cannellini beans, such as Eden Foods
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp tahini
1 Lemon - juice of
1 Lime - juice of
1/4 teaspoon sea salt or table salt
1 Small piece habanero pepper (optional)

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
