I am a very large woman. I do not want to be defeated. If I go over in any given day, I try to put in some exercise. After 2 weeks on the plan, I have only went over my calories 2 times. I have still lost weight, but the key to it is get back on track the next morning.
My goal is to be on this earth for me. I still am struggling but I have to recommit each day of why I am doing this. I pray every day that I would have God's help to get me through each meal until I have started the healing process.
Good Luck!!! :flowerforyou: You can do it. Someone told me once, be like Nike, Just do it.
I will be thinking of you and your family. Be Blessed!

A free day is not usually a good idea. Do you know how much I could overeat in just ONE day if I let myself? Try a treat or something if you must, or a very occaisional day (like once every few months) if you do it once a week I promise you you're asking for trouble... for me it would be like undoing everything I had done for the rest of the week.0
