4 days and loving it.....need help with something though...

Love it doing great easy to follow BUT i put the wrong weight in at first and I changed it but it didnt seem to change my calories per day and it doesnt seem to be tracking right? Should I rejoin under a different name to start again....or just go with what i have even though i dont feel the numbers are accurate

    Under the 'my home' tab, there should be a 'goals' link. Click that and go through the 'guided' recommendation. This will reset your calories/exercise goals according to your most recent weight.
  • awesome thank you I got it changed...quick question..Is it avereage to only loose 2 lbs a week or if you stay at or just below your calorie intake is it possible to loose more??? What has your experience been?

    if you select the 'lose two pounds per week' and stick to your calorie goal, it's pretty accurate. Try not to go too far under or over and you should be fine.

    At the start it's common to lose more than that - especially if your diet and exercise has been quite poor - but this will taper off in a couple of weeks so be prepared!
