How do I know how many calories burned in the Bob Harper Kettle bell work out?
How do I log it.

A heart rate monitor is generally the best way to track your calorie burn.
Each person will burn different calories each workout

The only way to really tell is to wear a heart rate monitor. You can't really log videos on here. You can guesstimate it as strength training and/or cardio, but it may not be accurate.

According to WebMD you burn approximately 20 calories per minute. I just set it up under my Cardio exercise.

You can rough estimate under strength training. I have to agree with everyone else about the hrm though. If you're in for the long haul it's so worth it. I just got one recently and my workouts have improved and I'm amazed by how off estimates from other sources are. Polar is highly recommended from people here. I got a polar ft 40 ($140• on amazon) and it's worth every shiny penny.
