In 5lbs I will be at my goal weight and I am worried. Ive have been here before and I gained it all back and I dont want to go through this again. Im doing p90x and 1200 cals a day. I want to stay put and tone up replace my saggy bits with muscle. Is it just a matter of eating more calories? Where do I go from here?

To build muscle you're gonna have to increase calories, along with that'll come some fat.
At which point, you gotta cut weight, and try to lose the fat..but keep the muscle.
For the most part, you have muscle, just some fat overtop and you can't see it yet. You can either try to build more muscle (add more mass, muscle/fat) ot continue in a caloric deficit and try to lose a little more fat.
There's debates on wether or not you can build muscle/burn fat simultaneously ...and do a body recomp. But I'm pretty sure thats super-hard and not really possible.
Your best bet is choose to increase cals in hopes to build muscle/mass or burn fat/try to preserve the muscle you have.
I found p90x better for losing fat, then for gaining muscle. After about 10 weeks I gave up cause my lifts were going down, so I switched to just weight-training.0
