Hungry today

I have been hungry since just before lunch today.

So I made it a point to log my food before I eat. I'm still within my calories and now it's 8:35pm, I've eaten dinner and still have 232 calories left.

Now I'm like Mr. Burn from the Simpsons thinking "exxxxseeeelant" but what do I have for my final snack?

A part of me is think just quit for the day. Do I need to eat my last few?

    Actually 272 calories left.

    I just looked at my signature and I see I'm 1 lbs from my first choosen goal.
    "Goal #1 to by freed of 6lbs by Jan 31, 2009

    "exxxxseeeelant"

    I decided to not change my goal. Keep it as it is so I can accomplish a goal.
  • You need to eat them. You need to bring it as close to 0 as you can. eat an apple with peanut butter. or something else healthy. Great job reaching your goal early. I know you'll do it before the 31st!!:bigsmile:

    You should eat most of your calories. I usually save around 150 for bedtime and eat 1 tbsp of peanut butter on 1 piece of nature's own bread. If I get hungry in the night I will eat a couple of grape tomatoes. It has helped tremendously.
