Calorie counting when it's homemade?

So my dad's friend's wife made this lasagna and its AMAZING. It actually doesn't look like lasagna, it's more tomatoes than anything else and a little bit of cheese, but mainly a lot of tomatoes. I haven't ever seen a lasagna like this before but it's delicous. Only problem is, I have NO idea how to count the calories! Like I said, it's a ton of tomatoes more than anything else so I'm guessing not many? I'm WAY under my calorie goal for the day (1776 remaining after my hour run today which burned 821 calories). So I'm thinking it's probably okay if I have some?

Ask her for the recipe -- and build it on here. I build tons of recipes for foods I eat often.0

Get all the ingredients and put each one in individually. Then once you see the calories and such you can create it as homemade lasagna or whatever, and keep it as one of your foods.0
