Is it good to eat the extra calories you get ffrom exercise?

Also I've heard that your boobs get smaller as you loose weight? Is this true?

Thanks =]

    Yes your boobs shrink ..and not just in size, also in "consistency"
    Mine went from 46DD full boos --- to 36D golfballs in a saggy sock :)

    I usually eat half my exercise back for sure (to account for mistakes in food data in the database, innacurate calories burned etc).
    If I'm hungry, I eat them all. If I'm not hungry -- I don't. For instance today, I ate so much salt at lunch I've feellike a bloated pig and I'm way under my net. Tomorrow I hope I can eat again :)

    Well, for me, I needed to lose weight to reverse my diabetes and not be dead by the time I was 50.
    I think having smaller saggy boobs is a small price to pay for being healthy again and off all insulin/meds :)

    If you have less than 50 to lose -- you probably won't notice a huge change.
    If you're younger -- probably even less.
