Need new work outs

I've been going to the gym and picking up weights and machines and doing whatever catches my fancy for that work out. However, I really would like to have some set work outs to actually do. I have done the P90X work outs but I just wanna be able to go to the gym with friends and get swoll(yes that is a word XD) but any advice for good upper body, lower body, back, and core work outs? I would love to have a few in my repertoire. Anything would help thanks!

    Free weight exercises. Find 1 or 2 exercises for each of the major muscle groups - chest, shoulders, back, triceps, biceps, quads, hamstrings, calves. Split your routine over 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 days. In between lifting days, do cardio, preferably HIIT.
