Ok, when I first started on this site, I will admit I THOUGHT I was ready to make a change, and was modivated to do it...admitting now I wasn't. But NOW I am. You know how I can tell? I can't get myself to eat all my calories! lol When I first started I finally had to change my goal to 1 pound per week, because 2 was KILLING me...I was so hungry...that or I just felt deprived and therefore went over in calories every other day (yea I could do well for ONE day) Now I feel like i'm just constantly eatin.....and come to find out I've hardly had any calories. I still have 700 cals I'm supposed to have for today and I'm going to bed in an hour! lol What am I supposed to do? Pig out for the next hour!

Do you have any nuts? 1/2 cup is around 400 calories. You could also eat a banana and or drink some milk and that should take you close to 700.
  • well done!

hey...if your body is telling you it doesn't need it, then it doesn't need it. keep on going!
