Friday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Power Knees
Let's see if we can do 300 of them.
These are tough so it is a challenge...However, some of you may recognise them.
You can use both legs or just one...this time it does not matter.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I did 100 of these this morning already with 5-pound weights in my hands. I think I can get the other 200 done after work today...but without the weights,lol. great mini challenge!0

Got it done! Pretty much in slow motion by the end as my legs somehow turned to lead. Thanks for the challenge Charger it got me moving! Let you know if I can still walk tomorrow!
