Chicken broth is good. Most soups are really high in sodium though.

If you have an organic isle or section in your market they do have healthier, low sodium soups... I always go for chicken noodle when I'm not feeling well but it's the sodium that'll get ya - although they say something about the sodium will help you get better? Not sure if that is true or not... hope you feel better soon! Rest is a huge help too - kick it to the curb!!!

If you make your own soup not only is it easy to do, but you know what's going in to it.

I make a nice soup that has courgette, peas and spinach in it, with vegetable stock. Tasty.

Campbells has these new Kettle style soups and the Burgundy Beef one is pretty good and is 160 calories for 1 cup (half the container). Hope you feel better soon!

Homemade chicken and noodle is super easy and very low in calories and fat. Just boil some chicken, take it out, throw in carrots, celery and whatever veggie you want, boil, shred chicken add noodles and chicken and boil till done. Should take a whole whopping 15 min. and it's a lot healthier than anything you can buy.

Another version is you could use canned chicken. 98% fat free chicken in a can is great. Just boil some veggies and noodles in low sodium, seasoned chicken broth and add in your chicken. EASY
