Take measurements and before pictures instead. Weight is not a good indicator for the 30DS! The number on the scales won't change much but you will see your body change!0

I lost very little weight but loads of inches. Its probably muscle holding water for repair. I agree; take measurements.0

Im going to start next month....but have peeked a LOT around here.....definately do pics!!!!!! It is insane how much bodies change. Id think that will help you not be so discouraged. Good job!!!!!0

I lost virtually nothing on the scale but lots of inches and I toned up immensely
Good luck and enjoy it.0 -
Like everyone else is saying, I lost more inches than I did pounds.0

I didn't really lose for the first couple of weeks but now it is coming off quite quickly (2lb a week). Give it another couple of weeks and you should hopefully see the scale move. Don't worry if you don't, you are bound to be losing inches which is far more important at the end of the day. Keep up the good work!0

Yes I did take measurments and pictures in the beginning. I know that losing inches is where you drop sizes so dont get me wrong I would love that. I just didnt think I would gain 3 lbs so fast I sure hope it does begin to come off at least a little on scales too. Thanks for all suggestions0
