Hello all :) I have lost 23 lbs so far...That's great and all but I haven't lost any inches! I mean, yes my pants fit a lot better now but when I measure myself, it's all still the same. What is going on here? Anyone have any good references for measuring? Maybe I am doing it wrong?

Where are you measuring? I have lost 12 pounds and have defo gone down a size but my hips have bearly budged. But I measured my actual thighs and I have lost at least 3 inches on them even though my hips seem the same

NicolaJane1313 you could be losing inches because you are losing fat, but not weight because you're building muscle.

If your clothes are loose then you know you've lost inches. Measuring is more of an art than a science (to me). Are you doing any strengh training? I lost a lot of wight but noone noticed until I started doing circuit training - actually Ripped in 30! It is changing my shape. I am getting toned! Keep up the process. Results will come!
