Hi! i'm new to this and need a lot of extra support with losing weight. I feel as though im the 'fat friend' as well as the 'fat sister' amoung my friends and family. I always feel that people are constantly judging me by what i look like and what i eat, i find it hard to get on with my day wihtout feeling as though people are looking at my size. It would be nice to have some extra support so i too have joined here hoping for some, so feel free to as me for some extra support yourself!!

    I feel the same way! I only recently joined a week ago too so I could use a little extra support myself! Just stay determined and focused on your goal, you can do it!
