I know it's weigh-in day - hope everyone did well :drinker:
I had a VERY late start, didn't get up until 11am - very late for me :blushing: But hey, I'm off work with this chest infection & depression, also got a stinking cold and bad TOM this morning :grumble:

I'm NOT letting it get to me, soon after my weigh-in and before breakfast I did:
30 wall pressups
20 crunches
20 reverse crunches
20 leg raises
20 squats

Anyone with me??

Lets hope we did well with our weigh-in's and here's to next week :drinker:

    Hey Jackie! I gotta send my weight in to Tamara and then I have some other things to do and then be at work by 1 pm but I will get mine done here in a little bit. Hope you feel better soon!

    I've done:
    10 minutes on my exercise bike,
    10 on the gazelle
    22 mins on the mini bike
    20 Seated Cumbell Presses

    Come on purple where are you all ???
  • I'm here. after I watch my dvr of american idol I'm going to match you. But, I have done 20 minutes on my bowflex this morning!

    Been out for a couple days. My aunt passed and I've been keeping an eye on my mom. I did weigh in this morning, but since it's TOM I only lost 1 pound. Sorry guys.

    This may be a stupid question, but what is bowflex?
    no worries. It's a workout machine. It's a complete gym in one. For instance. this morning I did bicep curls, back extensions, wide lateral pulldown and narrow pulldown. Last night I did tricep pulldowns, hammer tricep pulldowns, bench press, incline bench press and machine fly. All with weights and all 3 reps of 15. tomorrow I'll do crunches with a weight of 40, leg extensions, leg curls, shoulder extensions, and shoulder shrugs...There are a million other exercises you can do on it. I think 300 total. It's weightlifting in my garage kinda. But, I've only had it since christmas so I'm still a beginer and learning lots. I love my bowflex. I'm always amazed at how quickly I can up some weights and still can't do more weight on other lifts.

    Ah I see, sounds like the same thing my hubby wants to get - it's known as a mutli-gym over here I believe.
