Hi the only way to know is to get a hrm but i can tell you what i burn.
On level one i burned 200 cals but i weigh 223 lbs so a fair bit heavier than you lol
I think you burn less if you weigh less not sure if thats right i hope someone can offer better advice0 -
Great weight loss so far btw! I log it in as circuit training, and I do it for how many minutes the video is for the most part. I may be estimating a bit high, but from what I have seen others post with their HRM, thats pretty much spot on. Id definately say 183 for level 1 is to low. Just started 30ds yesterday, but ive done the videos before, now just actaully trying to stick to doing it everyday, ontop of my current workout0

Hard to say unless u wear a heart rate monitor. Otherwise I'd just keep entering it as circuit training. MFP will adjust the amt of calories burned according to what u weigh0

When I do Level 1 I burn 160-170 cals
Level 2 170-180 cals
Level 3 190-210 cals0 -
I need one of those, but this is nevv to me. Any idea on vvhat I need to buy?0

It really depends on your height and weight and how hard you are pushing yourself, (how high your heart rate is) during the 28 mins it takes to get through this entire video (start to cool down)
I have a HRM so I am 5 3" and weigh 110lbs and I can burn 175-210 cals per session depending how hard I push myself.
It is true that the lighter you are the less you burn.
Hope this helps and Good Luck0 -
Starting tomorrow .... am dreading it totally but at least we have a long weekend here so I should be able to walk again by Tuesday (for work). lol0

HRM is something I must get any ideas for me?
I have the New Balance N4-Pearl. Got it for about $75 on amazon. Or I know alot of people love the Polar brand.
This one works and is easy and it's all I need!0 -
Depends on exactly how much you want to spend and what you want to track.
The top of the line ones will let you enter your height and weight and while monitoring your heart rate calculate the calories burned (based on the data you entered).
I have a basic one that just measures my heart rate which I can set to a 'range' according to the intensity of the workout.
Then there are models all the way in between.
Some have a chest strap (mine does - it is considered more accurate) but others just work off your wrist/pulse rate.
Polar seems to be a very popular brand but just do a forum search on HRM (you will get loads of hits) or search google for different brands and options then hit the online shops to track down the one you want at a price you can afford.
Good luck.0
