I'm having Thai Take Away tonight and Im wondering what would be the best sort of thai food for me to eat that is healthy and lower in calories? I know it is generally better for you to eat than a Chinese or Indian.

This is the link for where im going: http://www.thaicornerreading.co.uk/index.htm

And I'm thinking of having the goong chuchi with noodles?

I love Thai but have been avoiding since I started MFP again. Closest thing I could find in the MFP database to what you are getting was this:

the City Kitchen - King Prawn Red Thai Curry

I think California has some relatively new rules that restaurants have to show nutritional info right on the menu. Maybe look up a California thai chain? (I would but I'm off to work.)

    Good luck!

    Hello there,

I don't eat Thai takeaway as we don't have one close by but I make my own green thai and it's very healthy and have it at the weekend usuall as feels like you are being naughty although you are not. Stick to seafood mixed with veggies I guess. Have a lovely time.
