I am going to be in Switzerland from the 1-9, so all the fitness challenges for next week are below. Good luck, please don't forget to send me your weigh in on Monday.

10/5/2011 55 Lunges & 55 Squats
10/6/2011 55 Jumping Jacks & 17 min jogging
10/7/2011 2 - 90 sec wall sits & 70 side crunches
