 Good Wonderful Wednesday Morning Everyone

As I mentioned yesterday, it was planned to be my big cardio day...well, it ended up being my big nap day instead... BUT, I did get in 45 minutes on the fit last night, mostly aerobic, so I was only over on my calories by about 150, and unfortunately, my water was on the low side...:ohwell:

SO...today is a new day to keep our calories in check, drink our h2o, and get our quickly shrinking butts a moving...:drinker:

Wonderful Wednesday Wishes to each of you!!! :flowerforyou:

I am still hurting - my hip that is...my mind says don't do it, rest but my body is saying come one you can do it....I never thought I'd be missing exercise - it's like I am craving it!! Not sure whether body or mind will win the battle today...

Drank 96 oz of water yesterday. Was a wee bit low on calories - trying to stay above 1300 - only made it to 1260....

    Here's to today :drinker:
  • Morning! Good for you on getting in some type of exercise in yesterday.

I was under calories by 65 yesterday. Yay me! I also did pretty good on my water intake. I bought some decaf green tea last night since I've gotten bored with plain ole water. I'm not giving up on plain water, I just need to mix it up a bit.

Yesterday was good for me all around. I even had enough calories left over at the end of the day for some ice cream with my friend during our weekly "movie night" at my house! YAY!

Down a wee bit more today. I'm just thrilled to see the scale move again! woo hoo! 4.4 pounds to my goal for Valentine's!

Hope everyone has a good day!

Hi! I was really sore last week and decided to just do the 20 minute stretch in slim in 6. I was amazed that my hip pain was actually helped by this. just FYI!

    Good morning!!!!

Yesterday I did Jillian's cardio kickbox video in the morning and then in the evening I went to a cycling/spinning class at the gym. I have not done spinning in a while, I thought I was going to pass out!!!

I am going to the gym shortly, my plan lower body weight trng, abs, and at least 30 mins of cardio. I have not decided what machine I am using today.

I stayed under my calories yesterday and I can say that I ate clean 100% for the first time in weeks!!!! :drinker: :drinker:

    Have a great day!!!! :flowerforyou:

Great job on all the success and motivation to keep it going!!! :flowerforyou:
  • If you're getting tired of water, Kellogg's has a protein water mix. They are caffiene free and suppose to give you some protein so you aren't as hungry. They don't make me less hungry but it does help when you are tired of water. My husband is even drinking them!

I did my 90 minute TaeBo workout.......and was ready to fall over and die afterwards thud.gif...LOL....but took the dog for a 2 mile walk instead. I stayed within my calories (actually had 78 left over), drank my water like a good little girl, and did 250 crunches.:drinker: So all in all....I did pretty darn good

K gotta get to work now.....BlueBawling.gif

I wonder if there is any aerobics U could do sitting down. Maybe plug a workout and try it, but dont push yourself. Listen to your body, better to take a week off than injury yourself and be a month to 2 months out.

    Good Luck.

    So here it goes.

I worked until Midnight last night. I ate fast food for supper, went over on my calories by 500, and over slept this morning.
    :grumble:

    Today is another day.

    Good Luck all.

Slim in Six is a really great workout. My only issue with it is that I feel like I'm working out in an elevator. It lacks good music. Try looking on eBay! You might be able to find it cheaper there!

Good attitude, Before! When you work such long hours, it is hard to eat right. Fast food is just so much easier at midnight, kwim? You'll do better today! :flowerforyou:

    Good morning!

Had a fairly decent day yesterday...drank all of my water (and then some). I did the full 50 minutes of BL Cardio Max and 30 minutes of pilates. I went over on calories (not by much...but still). Today is another day!

Keep up the good work all!!!!
  • Well, I guess my weekend wasn't as bad as I thought!! I weighed in yesterday morning and lost 4 lbs!!! I have not gone over my calories since starting (except for this weekend), but my cardio is not what it should be and neither is my H20 intake. Does seltzer count? I'd MUCH rather drink flavored selyzer than plain ol' water. BORING!!

4 pounds is great!!! WTG!!! :drinker:
  • Oh, I did do some Exercise On Demand last night. Some of that stuff really kicks your butt!!! My thighs are killing me today!!
  • Thank you, thank you!!!! It always happens to me in the begining...weight drops off fast!! Only then...it slows down....and gets frustrating, which is why I ALWAYS fall off the wagon!! So glad I found this site though!! Such encouraging words from everyone!!

Okay, I want to play....and Soupy invited me over.

I did my cardio this morning already. If I get around to rearranging some furniture that will have to count as my strength training for the day.

    Water - on target.
Calories - to early in the day to know for sure, but it's looking good.
    Inspiring/motivating others - I'm working on that.
Team player - working on that one, too.

Cheers to all! Keep up the good work!
