Lets use our time wisely!

Last night I decided to add some excercise in during the commericals of the two shows that I watch every week. I am doing it ontop of the other excercise, doing anything that comes to mind. We all have our fav shows so get off the couch and get moving. We don't need to sit there and watch commericals on places we shouldn't be eating. Just a suggestion good luck

  • What a great idea! Mario Lopez was on Good Morning America one morning and had said the same thing. Even showed some exercises that you could do while watching. Think of how many more calories you will burn just getting off the couch rather than just sitting there!

    I think it's a great idea to do short bursts of exercising while the commercials are on.
    That is when I usually jump up and get moving... packing my gym back and lunch for the following day, that kinda stuff. Not exercise but certainly not sitting around.

    I agree, we should use our time wisely. I use commercials to load the washer, dust, sweep, or to get some flexibility training in. I don't stretch enough and commercials are a great way to get some extra stretching in.
  • Commercials are "extra crunches" at my house. :glasses:
