Going out with my kiddos tomorrow night

I've been limiting my caloric intake and exercising every day for the last week. I'm planning on going out to eat with my kids tomorrow after we see a movie. I've been at or slightly below my allotted calories every day (eating back at least a portion of my exercise calories). I'm thinking maybe one day of not counting so much might be good. The restaurant I want to go to has pretty healthy food, but I can't find any real nutritional info (number of calories and such). I'm leaning toward giving myself a day off. I'll go exercise in the morning (an hour of cardio) and eat light at breakfast and lunch. Then I'll allow myself to not worry about my dinner calories; I'll just choose a baked or grilled fish or chicken dish (this place has great fish!) and make smart choices on my food. I'm finding that I eat smaller meals because of the snacks in between. I'll take my own snacks to the movie (I don't dare go in there without something--the smell of the popcorn will be my undoing!).
I'm thinking that allowing myself to do this once or twice a month will be fine as long as it's not more than that. What do you guys think?
