I love garlic & I have so have to try this technique. But, I wish I cooked more at home but I absolutely hate my kitchen! It's so non-functional. Ugh!

haha thats awesome! also if you throw the head of garlic in the oven for awhile it makes it easier to peel and makes it have a super yummy roasted flavour...

That's pretty cool. I know the old smash the clove with a knife trick, which works great, but a whole head that quick is amazing!!
