Hey everyone!! My name is Jillian and I need to get back into shape! I have really let myself go over the past year and I need to get motivated and change for the better. I am starting week one of Insanity and so far so good. Exercising has never been the problem for me since I am in the military, but diet is the thing that kills me. It's super hard not to cheat and I have a husband that can eat like 4000 calories a day and still loses weight! He's actually trying to bulk up so making dinner is hard since I cook the yummy fattening stuff for him and I make the healthier stuff for me. My normal weight is around 135, but I'm hoping to past that and tone up a lot. I also want to do my first half marathon next year!

welcome Jillian, my name is Melva I am on a 90 day Healthy challenge and so far 31piunds off since August 1st. I am eating every 2 to 3 hours cutting down my portions keeping up with everything on here, MFP exercising keeping my self accountable withe the group I am in.
