So after reading some of the posts here, I am curious to know what all of these teams are about.

What kind of challenges are the teams doing?
And how do I get on a team?

This seems like a really cool idea, weigh-ins, and challenges!

Where do I sign up? Who is willing to take on an extra team member?

    We are following along with the Biggest Loser show. I am not sure but I think the Red Team still has room you can PM Jennifun and see if she can add you to the team. We turn our weights in by Wed morning every week.
