Well, my story started after I graduated high school. I was 130-140lbs (5ft.4in.) and loved my body. I soon moved out of state with my boyfriend (now husband). Being on my own for the first time we ate a lot of fast food since neither of us knew how to cook. And then came the home sickness which led me to eat more. I started to gain weight but i was still happy with my body (i was at about 160 then). I then became pregnant with my daughter. Starting weight of my pregnancy was 161lbs. When i gave birth i was 197lbs. After having her I was under then (nieve) impression that the weight would just fall off in time and I didn't need to put a lot of work into it. I got down to 175lbs right away and thought the rest was soon to follow. A few months later I got on the scale and realized my weight was going up. But I was a new mom and didn't have time to eat anything but fast food (joking of course, but that was my thought then). I eventually got up to 189lbs and decided I needed to start using that gym membership I had been paying for, for so long. With in the first two weeks I lost 7 lbs but i feel like I have gotten stuck at 182lbs (where I am now). This was when i decided I needed to add to the exercise and overhaul my diet. I started counting my calories at the begining of this week and I am hoping to see some good results!
