Give the videos a try again. As long as you are attempting them and moving you are burning calories. Eventually you will get the moves down and be a master at them.0

Here is a good reference for weekly weight loss goals by giving your body the proper caloric deficit. With all of these you must eat your exercise caloires or your deficit will grow and be too large given your stats and the amount you have to lose.
If you have over 100 lbs to lose you can lose more than 2 lbs/week safely, that being said it is best to set a realistic safe weekly loss goal and:
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15 -20 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.
The reasons: the less you have to lose the less fat stores you have to pull from. The less fat you have to pull from the less your body wants to take any. So if your deficit is too large given your stats you will burn a large % of lean muscle. Doing the above also helps set you up for maintenance without a large increase in caloric intake all at once.0 -
Keep doing what your doing. It will come off. My biggest concern is that you do not burn out. Remember you just had a baby 3mths ago and your body needs to recoop from it. As I indicated keep doing what your doing and enjoy that new baby of yours. They are only little for so long. Your doing great.0

I admire your desire and willingness to work to achieve your goal (s). But the MOST Important thing you can DO is Making An Eating Plan. Diet (what you eat is 90% of wt loss, good health, maintenance!) Don't fool yourself that you can get around it. Remember, you will also have to FEED that level of exercise routine PLUS your normal activity with the addition of a child. What you want to Do can DEFINITELY be done, it takes CONSTANCY in NUTRITION. I suggest you make an eating plan, put MORE time into it than an exercise routine, tweak it when necessary because your nutritional needs/caloric intake WILL change, as will your exercise routine. If you are not flexible you will get frustrated later on.

Your workout schedule looks good to me. I just keep alternating cardio and weights. You want to get your heart rate up in order to burn fat. Walking never does it for me but running certainly does. Swimming might too.
I'm not sure I believe there is a perfectly toned body out there after having a baby. If there is way let me know, I had my baby 3 years ago.0
