Are you supposed to and what would adding them do to my calorie count?0 -
I add my vitamins so that I make sure to take them everyday and because I track calcium to make sure I'm getting enough. I also take a calcium chew that has 20 calories, so have to log that anyways.0

Are you talking about suppliments? If yes, then if they contain calories (or anything else you are measuring) then sure. But I'm not aware of any calories in vitamin suppliments, there may be some, but I can't imagine very many.0
