I ate like 10 boiled european chesnuts, how many calories is that? It's talking about ounces :huh:

    I'd estimate that to be about 5 oz considering how big they are. It'll be high in fat as all nuts are high in fat (healthy though).

    an ounce of almonds is about 25 almonds, I don't know the size of the chestnuts... I hope this can help you:wink:
