Strength training

Why won't the calorie counter count any burned calories for any kind of upper, lower strength training, or any abs workouts? I know that has to burn at least some calories.:smile:

    go under cardio and search weight training

    Check in Cardiovascular for strength training.

    MFP cannot accurately track calories because they do not know how much you lift and other factors.

    A HRM can help to more accurately track that. :drinker:

    not to mention that even when you're done weight training, you're still burning calories, so it's almost impossible to figure it out
