Why won't the calorie counter count any burned calories for any kind of upper, lower strength training, or any abs workouts? I know that has to burn at least some calories.

go under cardio and search weight training0

Check in Cardiovascular for strength training.
MFP cannot accurately track calories because they do not know how much you lift and other factors.
A HRM can help to more accurately track that. :drinker:0 -
not to mention that even when you're done weight training, you're still burning calories, so it's almost impossible to figure it out0
